MEET OUR FOUNDER
Cole Sheridan is Managing Shareholder of Hammer & Nails Law and has counseled Fortune 100 companies and firms in a broad range of industrial sectors, including real estate & construction, corporate finance, land use & entitlements, securities, energy, capital markets, equipment leasing, and government contracts.
In addition to his work with these industry leaders, Cole has also brought his “solutions-based” legal approach to numerous tech and entertainment start-ups, overseeing venture capital financing, intellectual property, and corporate governance. In addition to Cole’s transactional work, he serves as his firm’s Chair of Litigation, serving as lead trial counsel on complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts in the areas of real estate, energy, securities, entertainment, unfair competition, corporate law, and bankruptcy.
